Postpartum Recovery & Wellness Care

Personalized support for fatigue, hormone changes, hair loss, mood concerns, and recovery after pregnancy

Who is this for?

You’re at least 6 weeks postpartum, medically cleared, and still struggling with:

  • Exhaustion that doesn’t match what you’re doing

  • Anxiety, intrusive thoughts, irritability or rage

  • Brain fog, memory issues, feeling “not yourself”

  • Hair loss, weight changes, feeling cold or puffy

  • Bloating, constipation, diarrhea, or new food sensitivities

  • Slow healing after C‑section or vaginal birth, pelvic heaviness or pain

  • “Normal labs” but you know something is off

If you have red‑flag symptoms (heavy bleeding, fever, severe pain, chest pain, suicidal thoughts), you’ll be directed to urgent care/ER or your OB first. Otherwise, this is where functional medicine can finally connect the dots.
