You’re at least 6 weeks postpartum, medically cleared, and still struggling with:

First 3 months:
Visit 1: Comprehensive intake + labs ordered
Visit 2 (2–4 weeks): Lab review + detailed plan
Visit 3 (6–8 weeks later): Fine‑tune based on your response
Ongoing (through the first postpartum year):
Visits every 3–6 months to adjust nutrition, supplements, hormones, thyroid, and labs as your body and breastfeeding status change
