At Highline Health, care is tailored to your unique symptoms, goals, and health history. Every Wellness Program is a flat monthly membership covering your visits, monitoring, and ongoing provider access. Medication is billed separately, based on exactly what's prescribed for you — so you're never paying for a dose you're not on.
How It Works

All new patients begin with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call to discuss your goals and walk through our approach. From there, you'll schedule your 30-minute First Visit — labs are ordered and drawn the same day, so there's no separate lab appointment to book.
You can complete labs through:
Our office (cash pay, self-pay pricing)
Labcorp (use your insurance when applicable)
Already have recent labs? We're happy to accept outside labs completed within the last 8 weeks, provided they include all required safety and hormone panels. If you're unsure whether your labs qualify, reach out before scheduling and we'll take a look.
Once your labs are complete, we'll reach out to schedule your Plan & Results Visit — typically about a week later.

The First Visit and Plan & Results Visit are billed together as a $250 package — waived if you commit to a 3-month program, decided once you've seen your actual plan. Prefer no commitment? Pay the $250 and stay month-to-month, cancel anytime

Your medications are ordered through our pharmacy partner and shipped directly to your door — typically arriving within about one week of your order date.

For TRT and Women's HRT patients, labs are completed prior to this visit so your provider can review results and finalize your plan at your very first appointment.

Medical Weight Loss
No consult fee. No $250 intake package. Just a free 15-minute Discovery Call to make sure it's a good fit, then you're enrolled.
Weight Loss Membership — $50/month
Your membership covers provider oversight, monthly check-ins, and dose adjustments. Medication is billed separately based on your actual prescribed dose, so you're never paying for more than you're using.
Every dose includes B3 to support energy and metabolism.
Total Monthly Cost = $50 membership + medication. Dose is set and adjusted by your provider based on your goals and response.

FAQ
Do you accept insurance?
Highline Health is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance for office visits. Many laboratory tests may still be eligible for insurance coverage.
What's included in the $250 intake package?
It covers your Discovery Call, first visit, and your Plan & Results visit for Women's HRT, Men's TRT, Thyroid & Hashimoto's, and General Wellness. Choose a 3-month membership commitment and we waive the $250 entirely.
Is there an intake fee for weight loss / GLP-1s?
No. Weight loss patients skip the $250 package completely — after your free 15-minute Discovery Call, you enroll directly.
Is there a commitment?
Care is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. A 3-month commitment is optional — it's simply what waives the $250 intake fee.
Do you offer pellets?
No. We offer injectable, oral, and topical/transdermal hormone options, plus peptides, so your plan can be adjusted as your needs change — something pellets don't allow.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth appointments are available throughout Colorado.
