Our office (cash pay, self-pay pricing)
Labcorp (use your insurance when applicable)
Already have recent labs? We're happy to accept outside labs completed within the last 8 weeks, provided they include all required safety and hormone panels. If you're unsure whether your labs qualify, reach out before scheduling and we'll take a look.
Once your results are in, we'll reach out to schedule your consultation. All other program types will schedule their consultation directly.

A $149 consultation fee is due at the time of your appointment. Your provider reviews your health history, symptoms, and goals — and builds your personalized treatment plan.
All consultations are available in-person or via Telehealth throughout Colorado.
Enroll in a Wellness Program the same day and your $149 consultation fee is applied toward your first month's payment, due at enrollment. For example, if you enroll in the Men's TRT Program at $199/month, only $50 would be due at enrollment — your consultation fee covers the rest.

Do you accept insurance?
Highline Health is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance for office visits. Many laboratory tests may still be eligible for insurance coverage.
Are medications included?
Yes — medications are included in all Highline Health Wellness Programs. Your monthly program price covers your prescribed medications, all follow-up visits, and ongoing provider access, with no separate pharmacy runs needed.
The only additional cost is laboratory testing, which is ordered based on your individual needs and may be covered through your personal insurance.
Do I need a membership?
Highline Health Wellness Programs are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required. You pay month to month and can cancel at any time — no contracts, no hidden fees, just straightforward care for as long as you need it.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth appointments are available throughout Colorado.
