Meet the Provider
Kelly Richardson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Highline Health. Her clinical background includes experience in gastroenterology, regenerative medicine, pain management, hormone therapy, weight loss medicine, and retail healthcare, where she cared for patients of all ages in a setting bridging urgent care and primary care.
Throughout her career, Kelly noticed a pattern — many patients felt rushed through appointments, unheard, or frustrated by a healthcare system focused more on patient volume and insurance limitations than truly understanding the person sitting in front of them. She frequently met patients who had unanswered questions, ongoing symptoms, or health goals that were never fully addressed during short, traditional medical visits.
Highline Health was created to offer a more personalized and thoughtful approach to care.
Kelly believes healthcare should feel collaborative, educational, and individualized. Her goal is to create a space where patients feel comfortable asking questions, feel genuinely heard, and are active participants in their health journey. She is passionate about helping patients better understand their bodies, improve how they feel physically and mentally, and build long-term wellness through evidence-based care, lifestyle changes, and individualized treatment plans.
At Highline Health, the focus is not simply on treating symptoms or lab values — it is about caring for the whole person and helping patients feel their best long term.
